Bubble love

Outside time is the best. Zoe sat with Mommy while Bella, Daddy and I enjoyed bubbles. Lots and LOTS of bubbles. 

SPARE!

We got out of the house and went bowling with friends on Saturday. I've got a good little technique followed by a happy dance to celebrate knocking down the pins. 

 

 

 

And I really did get a spare!

Huntin' for eggs!

I am a professional egg hunter! First I got to look for eggs with my friends at Amy's house. 

 

 



 

On Saturday, I got to have another fun egg hunt with my cousin Emma, Julia, and all of Julia's neighborhood kid friends. 



 

Then on Sunday there was one more hunt at Grandma Sue's and Papa Rick's! This was a egg treasure hunt!

Daddy helped me to read all the clues.

I had a great weekend with family and friends. I may have been a little pooped by the end of the day on Sunday, but it was a good time!

My Promotion!!!

I will turn 3 and then I will be a BIG BROTHER! So excited! 

Meeting Mr. Bunny and fun with eggs

This weekend we took a trip to Hy Vee. It wasn't just any normal trip to the store this time.

I met the Easter Bunny!

I thought he was pretty cool. I really didn't want to have to leave him, but Mommy and Daddy told me that other kids needed a turn to meet him, too.

There were other fun things to do as well. I got to decorate my very own Easter cookie. There was lots of different colors of frosting to pick from and sprinkles to finish it off.

In case you were wondering, yes, it was delicious. 

I was also able to decorate a marshmallow bunny. I waited til home to try out that one. They even had wrapped it up special to take it with me. 

To end our Hy Vee trip, I finally was able to ride on one of the rides by the door. They always tell me 'next time,' but that never seems to happen. Until today! I picked to test out riding the helicopter and it was AWESOME!

And I couldn't leave without telling my new bunny friend, good bye.

To end the day, we went next door to Robin and Rachel's house. I got to play with lots of friends AND we got got decorate eggs! First we colored on them, and then we made them change colors dipping them in to the colored water. It was cool!

Story time

Every night I read stories with my Mom and Dad before bed. They each read me one book. We used to read on the chair in my room, but now we cuddle up on my big boy bed. 

 

I'm still loving my big boy bed! It's really cool!
