A regular at the salon

I've got a lot of hair. I have already had to get lots of haircuts. I didn't mind them at first. Then I wasn't so sure. Today was a big step for me. I sat in the chair all by myself. I didn't want the cape or the booster seat, but I did it!

 

 And then Jody is awesome and let me pick out a treat afterwards.

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY TO ME!

I'm TWO!

I had a party that was book themed!

My Mommy made different foods that went along with several books I like to read.

 

 

I was a little shy sometimes,

but overall I had a good time at my party seeing my family and playing with friends.

the ZOO!

Today was a special day! My Mommy and Daddy stayed home from work and we went to the ZOO!

The car ride over was even different! I now get to face forward in my seat! I keep thinking that my seat is broken now, but they tell me that I am a big boy so they changed it.

Once we got to the zoo, I wanted to lead the way.

We stopped to play in the dino eggs.

 

 I liked playing on the playground. Even saw a bird sighting!

 

 Then I watched Daddy feed the lion.

I got to touch a lizard!

The camels were pretty cool. I loved running around their pen.

I climbed a mountain.

 

 Pretended to be a frog. 

I had to take a minute to look over the map. I wanted to make sure we didn't miss anything.

Stopped to say hello to the goats.

And ended with a train ride! I love the train and was so excited to ride it the whole time.



So fun!

Football Sundays are back!

Football Sundays are a big deal around my house.

Then I went back over to my cousin Emma's house to play while our daddy's went to the game.


We enjoyed lots of play time and lunch together before our afternoon naps.

Friday night fun

On Friday I got to go home with my cousin Emma! When Aunt Katie and Uncle Ken came to Amy's they picked me up, too. We had lots of fun.

Emma and I did some cooking.

We are still working out the kinks of our culinary skills, so we opted for dinner out.

Then we worked off our dinner with a walk.

I love my Aunt Katie, Uncle Ken, and Cousin Emma!
