Hoppy Easter!

I've now learned that good 'ol Mommy & Daddy have been holding out on me. They've been keeping me from this deliciousness called fruit.

So far I've had pears, bananas, and applesauce for my desserts at dinnertime I love them all!

I'm also getting VERY good at moving all over the place. I can scootch from side to side to try to get what I want, and now I'm trying to use my legs more. I haven't quite figured out forward motion...as sometimes I end up going backwards. 

I'm soo happy!

In the process of trying to fall asleep I managed to do this. 

Today I woke up and learned an Easter Bunny came to my house and left me this basket of goodies. 

They seem edible.

As you can see, I'm also very good at this sitting thing now. I've even gotten pretty good at catching myself if I lean to far one way or the other!

I'm getting sooo big! I'm 6 months old now! I can hardly believe it, so I know my Mommy & Daddy are in shock! Haven't I become such a handsome little fella? This is me doing my latest trick-I can sit up all by myself now! Let's see, so I can sit, roll all over, play with my toys, drink from Mommy's water bottle, chew on my feet, spin all around in my exersaucer, and move all over when I'm in my jumper. I love talking and laughing. I also love my cereal and all the veggies I've tried so far: sweet potatoes, peas, squash, carrots, and green beans. And how do I enjoy ending my day? My bath! LOVE my bath time. Yup, I'm a pretty happy go-lucky lil guy!

New Things!

I love my Daddy. He's the bestest ever.

This week I tried some new things. I had some sweet potatoes for dinner! 

At first I seemed to like them...

Then I wasn't quite sure...I wanted my cereal back.

Mmm-now I love my sweet potatoes and cereal dinner!

Hold on, I need to take this call...

I'm getting VERY close to sitting up on my own!
(normally, Mommy or Daddy sit behind me to catch me when I go backwards)

Now I've tried peas.

Peas?!

My cousin Emma came over the other weekend. She's pretty cool. 

I'm excited to have my cousin at daycare with me!

I've been learning new tricks and practicing them more. I've had the back to tummy roll figured out, but the tummy to back took a little longer before I wanted to show off for Mom & Dad.
