Snow Adventures!

When I woke up this morning, I looked outside to see that every thing had turned white! I was so excited I squealed! After lunch we got ready to go outside and play.

Then it was time to head out!

Making my first snow angel...or I fell down and Mommy and Daddy thought it was soo funny. I was not amused.

Christmas Traditions

My Daddy came up with a wonderful idea to make a trip to a tree farm to pick out our Christmas tree. Cousin Emma, Aunt Katie and Uncle Ken are supposed to come, too, but Emma didn't feel good. Dumb flu.

 Once we got to the trees, I got to get out of the stroller and help search for our perfect tree!

Being Thankful

At Miss Amy's house, we made a big tree full of leaves that said what we were thankful for. I am thankful for my blankie, my grandmas and grandpas, long family weekends, Momma and Dadda. My Mommy got to make a leaf one day, too. She is thankful for me. 

At Miss Amy's house I got to make lots of fun turkey artwork this month. Here are some of my masterpieces. 

Loving fall

We've got big trees at our house that makes lots of leaves fall down. Mom and Dad keep raking them all up. So then I do this:

I love helping with yard work.

Other things I have been up to: swimming! I think I am liking this swimming thing. Maybe it is actually kind of fun.

My favorite is to scoot in off the side of the pool! So fun!

I'm also getting so big! Mom and Dad got me this cool new chair that lets me sit at the table like a big boy. 

I'm kind of a big deal around here.

 Also, this is my friend Turner. I think that he is pretty cool. He came over to my house to play.

 I think he is so cool that I wanted to be like him and wear his shoes.

Something else that is fun is pretending to be a little nurse like Mommy, or maybe a little Dr. 

I listen to my heart go boom boom!

Swimming Lessons!

Tonight I went to swimming lessons. I don't know what I think just yet.

 At first it seemed okay being in the water with Daddy.

 Cousin Emma and Uncle Ken were there, too.

I splashed a little.

 We swam over to join the rest of our classmates...

But after a bit I was ready to be done...

Not sure about this swimming thing. Running around the side of the pool seemed like more fun tonight.

Trick or Treat!

We started Halloween week with carving my first pumpkin. I was not impressed.

Mom, why do you want me to stick my hand in there? It's gross.

Eeew! 

I'll have you know they tricked me! They put my magnet in the pumpkin!

I was trying on my flash costume. That sounded more fun than getting my picture taken with my pumpkin.

 On Halloween, I got to have a costume party at Miss Amy's house! It was so much fun!

Little gorillas are friends with all the animals. 

It was a fun party. These are my daycare friends and some of their siblings. I love Miss Amy's house!

Then Mom and Dad (and Uncle Ken and Aunt Katie) wanted to get pictures of Emma and I...We were not enthused. 

Really?! You are making us look at the sun. 

Like we said, not in the mood. 

We are now ignoring you.

 Then we went trick or treating. First we went to Grandma and Grandpa Johnson's.

Grrrr! I'm a scary gorilla!

Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Vivier's. 

Mmm banana!
